Amalgam Comics: Marvel Comics # 8- The Exciting X-Patrol

• Shatterstarfire and Niles are fighting against Brood beneath Zenosha (Zandia and Genosha). The Brood are led by Brother Brood (Sebastian Blood VIII)

• Shatterstarfire had no choice but to leave Niles behind but the rest of the team make a plan to rescue him

• They are accompanied by Jericho aka Niles Dayspring (DC’s Jericho and Marvel’s X-Man) but they do not know his real name

• A year has passed since their formation

• While Niles C is imprisoned, his deceased lover Raveniya Dayspring (Raven and Rachel Summers) appears to him and tells him he has a piece of her soul-self. This would heal him from the Brood implant but also cause him to lose his telekinetic control of the techno-organic virus in his body. He must make a choice for his team

• X-Patrol charges the Brood lair under Zenosha and attack

• They attempt to stop Brother Brood from carrying on his ceremony to place a Brood implant within Niles C. He dispatches his warrior Terra-X the Destoryer to fight them

• Brother Brood uses Niles C against them and Niles D tells the team they have to defeat Niles C as the future depends on it

• According to Niles D, if Niles C is not stopped then the Brood will take over Earth, and mutants will be exiled from society

• Jericho reveals himself as a younger version of Niles C who releases the Soul-Self once he realizes Niles D can take his place as leader of X-Patrol. This of course allows the T.O virus to take over his body

• Niles D forces the virus into remission in Niles C’s body and destroys the Brood parasite permanently
