What If Spiderman Joined The Fantastic Four? (Volume 1)

• In 616, Spiderman attempted to join the FF looking for some pay but to his disappointment they told him they are a non-profit organization causing Spidey to leave

• In 982, Invisible Woman persuades Mr. Fantastic to put Spiderman on their team and put them on their pay payroll becoming the Fantastic Five

• Puppet Master controls Namor through his clay figures and orchestrates a kidnapping of Invisible Woman

• The other Fantastic Five members go to the depths of the Atlantic Ocean and confront Namor 

• After a scuffle, Mr. Fantastic realizes Namor isn’t himself and figures Puppet Master must be controlling him 

• Puppet Master is anticlimactically taken out by a giant octopus relieving his control on Namor

• Namor still insists on fighting Mr. Fantastic for Sue (Invisible Woman)

• Sue solves the problem herself by deciding to stay with Namor, feeling she’s no longer needed by the Fantastic Five and Reed (Mr. Fantastic), much to his grief

• Spidey blames himself feeling he replaced Sue but Johnny (Human Torch) tell him it’s the way it was meant to be
