We begin with Flash who immediately uses his powers arrogantly and unintentionally kills wrestler Crusher Hogan in a match
He creates a costume reminiscent of the original and calls himself Captain Spider
He does not last long at all after falling to the ground from the sky in a battle with Vulture, and, having not invented the web-shooters that Parker had, proved to be his undoing
Peter Parker arrives as he unmasks Flash and watches him die sorrowfully
The second person in this what if is Betty Brant who becomes involved with Peter who helps her understand her spider powers. She becomes the Amazing Spider-Girl
Peter takes photos of Spider-Girl and sells them to the Daily Bugle
A burglar that Betty doesn’t stop because she’s out of web fluid and doesn’t want to use her super strength on murders Uncle Ben
Feeling guilty after finding out it was the same burglar, Betty throws the suit in the garbage and is Spider-Girl NO MORE
Next is Colonel Jameson, son of publisher James Jonah Jameson
After getting bitten and seeing his impressive powers, Jonah convinces his son to become Spider Jameson and fight crime
Jonah convinces Spider Jameson to rescue an out-of-control space capsule for publicity’s sake
The capsule is saved but Spider Jameson dies in the process. Jonah blames himself and the people of NY commemorate him with a golden statue. Jonah changes his view on heroes
In each scenario, Parker extracted the radioactive spider’s venom and drank it, making him Spiderman as destiny meant it to be
