A short re-visit/backstory on why and how Venom and Eddie Brock found solace with each other

Brock was teased and picked on as a boy

Gets fired from his job as a journalist after a lead he claimed was true was proven false. He claimed to know who the Sin-Eater was but Spiderman caught the true culprit

Brock hates Spiderman and prays for his death in a church where Venom finds him  

Venom bonded with Brock because it saw how vulnerable and helpless and weak he was in addition to its own hatred for Spiderman because he discarded it

Brock now knows Spiderman’s identity because of Venom

Spidey defeats them and they are detained in the Vault
