• The Jackal has a gun-for-hire to hunt and kill Spiderman for the death of Norman Osborn

• He goes by The Punisher

• The Punisher attacks Spiderman in mid-air after which Jackal K.Os him. Peter then wakes up and escapes 

• Punisher goes after Spiderman again and gets beaten. Spiderman helps convince him that Jackal used him when they find Punisher’s mechanic murdered with jackal-like scratch marks

• Punisher vows revenge on Jackal and goes his own way
