Gargan is imbued with the abilities of a scorpion and given a suit with a mechanical tail
Scorpion knocks out Spidey and becomes a criminal
Stillwell becomes a casualty trying to stop Gargan from fully losing his mind
Jameson regrets what he’s done as Scorpion knocks Spidey down a 2nd time, clearly his superior
Spidey stops Scorpion from icing Jameson for knowing his identity and uses his wits to beat him. Of course, Jameson takes the glory for it
A man named Abner Jenkins aka The Beetle is freed from prison. He has fought Human Torch before
Torch and Spidey both get involved with him and stop his shenanigans after rescuing Torch’s girlfriend Dorrie
Spiderman stops Ringmaster and the Circus again
Goblin gets a cronie of Lucky Lobo’s to hand a list of finances to Foswell who in turn gets it to Jameson who gives it to the authorities so he can get Lucky out of the way
Spidey manages to get the rest of Lucky’s guys apprehended, giving Goblin nothing to rule over
Mysterio makes Spiderman think he’s sick and seeing hallucinations of enemies but he is eventually foiled
A scientist by the name of Spencer Smythe offers Jameson to use his Spider-Slayer robots to take him down. Spidey gets trapped but manages to escape much to their chagrin
Liz Allan and Betty Brant are shocked when they see Mary Jane in person together for the first time
A man attempts to take over the mobs named Lucky Lewis and goes by Crimemaster. He gets into conflict with Green Goblin and is eventually gunned by police
Smythe’s assistant Mark Raxton is covered in radioactive liquid metal and dubs himself Molten Man
He becomes a crook and is put a stop to by Spidey
Peter graduates from Midtown High and Liz confesses the crush she had
Spiderman gets involved with a sorcerer named Xandu who steals half the Wand of Watoomb from the Sanctum Sanctorum. Together with Doctor Strange they beat him
Scorpion breaks out of jail and goes after Jameson
Scorpion and Spiderman tango and wreck Jameson’s office
They continue fighting in the city until Spidey leaves Scorpion all webbed up for authorities
Jameson puts out a reward for The Cat Burglar who robbed him
Peter is heartbroken when he finds out Ned Leeds proposed to Betty. He didn't know she still wanted him
Spiderman leaves The Cat to the police and foolishly loses Betty because he won’t listen
