Bucky and Captain America are dead after a drone plane explodes just like in 616

In London, the 5 remaining Invaders (Namor, Human Torch, Toro, Spitfire, and Union Jack) are summoned by Major Rawlings and are then addressed and informed by Colonel Farrow that Cap and Bucky were deceased April 18, 1945

Namor, Toro, and Human Torch (Jim Hammond), are summoned to Washington D.C. to meet with President Harry S. Truman 

Truman presents the new Captain America and Bucky- William Naslund formerly the Spirit of 76’ and Fred Davis respectively 

Spitfire and Union Jack are replaced by Miss America and Whizzer and there are 7 Invaders again

After the war ends, Truman requests the team stays together which they do and change their name to the All-Winners Squad

The team decides to take a break as the Human Torch and Toro head to New York City to see Torch’s creator Phineas Horton

They realize something is off and that Horton is an android in place of the real one, placed there by Adam-II, Horton’s second android creation. After being trapped and escaping a water container with Horton inside it with the help of Jeffrey Mace aka The Patriot, Horton tells them that Adam-II plans to supplant a presidential candidate

The Invaders group up in Boston where JFK is giving a speech and foil Adam-II’s plan with him blowing himself up unintentionally by crashing a car surrounded by android oil

Naslund died in the fight against an android and was replaced by Jeffrey Mace
