Green Skull is murdered by his daughter Selina Luthor aka Madame Cat (Catwoman and Madame Hydra) and she takes over Hydra

Bruce Wayne is a S.H.I.E.L.D. colonel and Selina begins calling herself Hydra Supreme

Among Selina’s cronies are Baron Zemo (Mr. Freeze & Baron Von Strucker), and Nuke (Bane Simpson)

Two of Bruce’s allies are Moonwing (Moon Knight and Nightwing) and Black Bat (Barbara Gordon Hardy, an amalgamation of Batgirl and Black Cat)

Moonwing faces off against Deathlok (Jason Todd)

Selina is told by one of her underlings that her father activated the Planetsmasher program before his death which operates a terra cannon meant to drill into the earth and destabilize the U.S east coast

Nuke confronts Wayne and as Deathlok is strangling Moonwing, Sgt. Rock Fury shoots him down 

Wayne beats Bane Simpson. The issue ends with Selina Luthor telling Bruce that the terra cannon can’t be stopped and Sgt. Rock Fury watching from the air in his jet as there’s an explosion where they all are. Green Skull is shown to be well alive and seemingly triumphant
