Bullseye escapes using his skills and learns that Kingpin has a new master assassin- Elektra

Not pleased with being replaced, Bullseye follows Elektra to her mark, Foggy Nelson, who is spared because of Elektra’s past with Daredevil

The two battle and while Elektra holds her own hand-to-hand, she’s no match for Bullseye’s marksman accuracy which disorients her and Bullseye is able to stab her with her own sai

Elektra manages to drag herself to Matt Murdock’s apartment and dies in his arms

Bullseye tells Kingpin that Matt Murdock is Daredevil but Kingpin doesn’t believe him

Daredevil and Bullseye battle and the latter is crippled and hospitalized after a fall

As Matt visits Elektra’s grave, Bullseye vows revenge
